Actualmente, es Profesora del Departamento de Psicolog\u00eda Cognitiva, Social y Organizacional, en el \u00c1rea de Psicolog\u00eda Social, ejerciendo docencia en distintos grados, en la Universidad de La Laguna. Adem\u00e1s de haber impartido docencia en el Grado de Turismo de la Escuela Universitaria de Turismo Iriarte y Escuela de Turismo de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, escuelas adscritas a la ULL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Acreditada como Ayudante Doctor y Contratado Doctor tipo 1, por la Agencia Canaria de Calidad Universitaria y Evaluaci\u00f3n educativa (ACUEE).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Respecto a su experiencia laboral, fue Educadora social y Mediadora Intercultural y de apoyo Idiom\u00e1tico en el IES San Miguel, en San Miguel de Abona durante los cursos 2006-2008.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En el curso 2013\/2014, tras la defensa de la Tesis Doctoral titulada: \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Protocolo de observaci\u00f3n de funciones docentes en universidad. Un instrumento para la evaluaci\u00f3n de la conducta del profesorado universitario<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d, inicia la labor docente en la\u00a0 Universidad de la Laguna y en la Escuela de Turismo de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Asimismo, ha tutorizado TFG del grado de Psicolog\u00eda, Trabajo Social y Turismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Desde el a\u00f1o 2020, es nombrada Subdirectora de la Unidad de Igualdad de la ULL, ejerciendo la gesti\u00f3n, coordinaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n en materia de igualdad de g\u00e9nero dentro de la universidad, as\u00ed como agente clave en la \u00abRed Tenerife Violeta\u00bb, hacia el exterior con el Cabildo de Tenerife y desde noviembre de 2021, Coordinadora de Movilidad de la Facultad de Psicolog\u00eda y Logopedia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ha formado parte del Grupo de Investigaci\u00f3n Aplicada en Ciencias del Comportamiento desde 2015, desempe\u00f1ando labores de monitora en el Programa Integral para Altas Capacidades (PIPAC), hasta 2016. Ha realizado trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de diversas comunicaciones en reuniones cient\u00edficas, elaboraci\u00f3n de Cursos para Escuela, Familias y Alumnos\/as con Altas capacidades y publicaciones de art\u00edculos y libros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ha formado parte del Proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n que lleva por t\u00edtulo <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cEvaluaci\u00f3n basadas en evidencias de un programa de Aptitudes sobresalientes y talentos espec\u00edficos en escuelas de primaria<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d en M\u00e9xico, financiado por el CONACYT y del Proyecto de Elaboraci\u00f3n y validaci\u00f3n de una escala de percepci\u00f3n de humanizaci\u00f3n, Vicerrectorado de investigaci\u00f3n, de la Universidad de La Laguna. Actualmente, forma parte del Proyecto I+D+I, como investigadora, que tiene por t\u00edtulo \u00ab<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Redes de Cooperaci\u00f3n interuniversitarias Canarias-\u00c1frica: Investigaci\u00f3n Innovaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n desde metodolog\u00edas colaborativas en Pol\u00edticas de Igualdad: CIMPI<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00ab.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Es miembro del Consejo Editorial de la revista digital de divulgaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica en las disciplinas de Psicolog\u00eda y Educaci\u00f3n, TALINCREA (Talento, inteligencia y creatividad). Ha formado parte de la Comisi\u00f3n de redacci\u00f3n de la Revista de Innovaci\u00f3n educativa de la ULL. Es revisora de art\u00edculos en la revista MDPI en el periodo 2019\u20132022: International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health. Miembro del Centro de Estudios universitario de la Mediaci\u00f3n y la Convivencia (CUMECO) y ha formado parte del grupo consolidado de innovaci\u00f3n educativa de la ULL \u00abFeminario ULL\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Su l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 centrada en la evaluaci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o del docente universitario, a trav\u00e9s de la metodolog\u00eda observacional. Actualmente, desarrolla actividades de investigaci\u00f3n en la tem\u00e1tica de la Resiliencia e Igualdad de g\u00e9nero. Colaborando recientemente, en las investigaciones sobre la Resiliencia con adolescentes y voluntariado, en el equipo de investigaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea de Psicolog\u00eda Social.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ha participado como investigadora en el Proyecto titulado: \u00ab<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Redes de Cooperaci\u00f3n interuniversitarias Canarias-\u00c1frica: Investigaci\u00f3n Innovaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n desde metodolog\u00edas colaborativas en Pol\u00edticas de Igualdad: CIMPI<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00ab, a ra\u00edz de la cual se ha creado la Red CIMPI, y se ha realizado diversas actividades y publicaciones.
