Desde 2014, es miembro de honor del Instituto de Estudios Canarios, instituci\u00f3n de la que fue directora; en 2015 recibi\u00f3 el nombramiento de Miembro correspondiente de la Real Academia Espa\u00f1ola y en febrero de 2022 fue nombrada acad\u00e9mica de n\u00famero de la RAE (sill\u00f3n \u201cd\u201d min\u00fascula).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Es autora o editora de unas cuarenta monograf\u00edas y ediciones cient\u00edficas y de m\u00e1s de un centenar de art\u00edculos y cap\u00edtulos de libros.
