Tras graduarse en Qu\u00edmica en el a\u00f1o 2015, curs\u00f3 el M\u00e1ster en Seguridad y Calidad de los Alimentos en 2016 y el M\u00e1ster en Formaci\u00f3n del Profesorado en 2018. Adem\u00e1s, pose\u00e9 el Diploma oficial en Salud P\u00fablica (2019) impartido por la Escuela de Servicios Sanitarios y Sociales de Canarias (ESSSCAN).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ha recibido varios premios, entre los que se encuentran el Premio Extraordinario de Doctorado por la Universidad de La Laguna y el Premio del Colegio Oficial de Farmac\u00e9uticos al trabajo titulado \u201cDeterminaci\u00f3n de Metales en Tofu. Evaluaci\u00f3n Nutricional y Toxicol\u00f3gica\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dentro de su labor docente, ha impartido formaci\u00f3n en Cursos de Extensi\u00f3n Universitaria dentro del marco del proyecto \u201cCapacita\u201d financiado por el Cabildo de Tenerife. Adem\u00e1s, ha formado parte de tribunales de evaluaci\u00f3n, y codirigido m\u00e1s de 20 trabajos de fin de m\u00e1ster (TFM) y trabajos de fin de grado (TFG), as\u00ed como una tesis doctoral.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En lo que respecta a su labor investigadora, su l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n se centra en la evaluaci\u00f3n y monitorizaci\u00f3n de contaminantes en muestras alimentarias y ambientales y la evaluaci\u00f3n del riesgo, como parte del Grupo Interuniversitario de Toxicolog\u00eda Ambiental y Seguridad de los Alimentos y Medicamentos.. Ha formado parte de diversos proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n, entre los que destaca el proyecto internacional <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">PERVEMAC <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">II (MAC 2014-2020).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En cuanto a su producci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica, es autora de m\u00e1s de 100 art\u00edculos en revistas cient\u00edficas indexadas en JCR y 13 cap\u00edtulos de libro publicados por editoriales de prestigio internacional. Ha participado en congresos internacionales, con m\u00e1s de 40 comunicaciones tipo p\u00f3ster y orales. Actualmente, seg\u00fan Scopus cuenta con un \u00edndice h (h-index) de 16. Ha sido revisora de m\u00e1s de 60 art\u00edculos de revistas internacionales indexadas en JCR.
