Adem\u00e1s, tiene un diplomado en M\u00e9todos Cualitativos para la investigaci\u00f3n social de la Universidad Diego Portales, en Santiago de Chile (2018), y un M\u00e1ster Europeo en Pol\u00edticas Locales, G\u00e9nero y Desarrollo por la Universidad Jaume I (2007), junto con un M\u00e1ster en Comunicaci\u00f3n y Tecnolog\u00eda Multimedia por el Corep de Tur\u00edn (2003).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Actualmente, es profesora Ayudante Doctora en el departamento de Did\u00e1ctica e Investigaci\u00f3n Educativa (MIDE) de la Universidad de La Laguna (ULL). Entre 2013 y 2020 fue docente investigadora y asesora pedag\u00f3gica en varias universidades chilenas, como la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Chile, el Instituto Argentino de Capacitaci\u00f3n Profesional y Tecnol\u00f3gica para el Comercio (INACAP), la Universidad Central y la Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Valpara\u00edso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ha realizado estancias de investigaci\u00f3n en instituciones de renombre, como la National Commission for Promotion of Equality en Malta (2009) y la Universidad de Pamplona en Colombia (2013). Tambi\u00e9n ha sido profesora asociada en el Departamento de Pedagog\u00eda de la Universidad Rovira i Virgili de Tarragona entre 2010 y 2013.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ha colaborado en el dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n de proyectos formativos y en el an\u00e1lisis de g\u00e9nero con entidades como la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica de Catalu\u00f1a, la Escuela de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica de Catalu\u00f1a (EAPC) y el Instituto Catal\u00e1n de las Mujeres (ICD), as\u00ed como con el Ayuntamiento de Tarragona y el Ayuntamiento de Altafulla, entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Desde el inicio de su carrera investigadora en 2000, ha participado en diversos proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n-acci\u00f3n, innovaci\u00f3n educativa y coordinaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica en Espa\u00f1a y Am\u00e9rica Latina. Ha dirigido equipos de investigaci\u00f3n multidisciplinares y ha establecido colaboraciones con universidades internacionales para fomentar redes de investigaci\u00f3n y proyectos conjuntos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sus trabajos han dado lugar a publicaciones en revistas cient\u00edficas de alto impacto y a presentaciones en congresos nacionales e internacionales.
