Se le da la vuelta al vaso y la l\u00e1mina se queda pegada. A continuaci\u00f3n, se quita la l\u00e1mina de pl\u00e1stico y el agua queda igualmente retenida. Tras ver el experimento se explica el fen\u00f3meno. Esto se debe a la presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica. Sobre el papel act\u00faan dos fuerzas: por un lado, el peso del agua y, por otro lado, la presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica del aire. Aunque no la veamos, si el agua no se cae es porque la presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica ejerce tanta fuerza sobre el papel que es capaz de sujetar todo el peso del agua.
