En Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda de los Alimentos por la ULL. Adem\u00e1s cuenta con M\u00e1steres en Toxicolog\u00eda y Seguridad de los Alimentos (ULL), en Atenci\u00f3n Farmac\u00e9utica (UV) y en Educaci\u00f3n Sanitaria a Pacientes (UV). Entre su formaci\u00f3n de posgrado destacan el Diploma de especializaci\u00f3n en Alimentaci\u00f3n y Nutrici\u00f3n Aplicada (Instituto Nacional de Sanidad Carlos III), el Diploma Leading Organizations and Change (MIT-Sloan) y el Diploma de Posgrado en Pol\u00edtica y Gesti\u00f3n Universitaria (CRUE-UJA-UNIA). Cuenta con m\u00faltiples estancias internacionales en centros de educaci\u00f3n superior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Las l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n que desarrolla se dedican a la Toxicolog\u00eda Alimentaria y Ambiental (Evaluaci\u00f3n del Riesgo) y Seguridad del Medicamento. Cuenta con 16 tesis doctorales dirigidas\/codirigidas, ha participado en 15 proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n y es revisora de m\u00faltiples revistas cient\u00edficas y programas de becas como el DAAD alem\u00e1n y de la European Research Council Executive Agency (ERCEA.B.3 \u2013 Life Sciences). Es coautora de m\u00e1s de 100 art\u00edculos en revistas cient\u00edficas con factor de impacto y cuenta con tres sexenios de investigaci\u00f3n activos. En 2002 fue reconocida con el Premio D\u00eda de Canarias para J\u00f3venes Investigadores rama Ciencias M\u00e9dicas y de la Salud.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Carmen
