{"id":1878,"date":"2025-02-18T10:44:15","date_gmt":"2025-02-18T09:44:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ull.es\/portal\/noticias\/2025\/02\/18\/la-ull-y-binter-acercan-la-formacion-universitaria-a-la-realidad-empresarial-de-las-islas-2\/"},"modified":"2025-02-18T10:44:15","modified_gmt":"2025-02-18T09:44:15","slug":"la-ull-y-binter-acercan-la-formacion-universitaria-a-la-realidad-empresarial-de-las-islas-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ull.es\/portal\/noticias\/en\/2025\/02\/18\/la-ull-y-binter-acercan-la-formacion-universitaria-a-la-realidad-empresarial-de-las-islas-2\/","title":{"rendered":"The ULL and Binter bring university education closer to the business reality of the islands"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The University of La Laguna and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bintercanarias.com\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Binter Canarias<\/a> have joined forces in an educational initiative that allows students of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ull.es\/portal\/noticias\/en\/grados\/administracion-direccion-empresas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bachelor&#039;s Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE)<\/a> facing real business challenges in the aeronautical sector.<\/p>\n<p>Within the framework of the Commercial Research subject, the students have developed various research projects focused on airline marketing, under the supervision of the teachers Nisamar Baute D\u00edaz, Janet Hern\u00e1ndez M\u00e9ndez and Desiderio Guti\u00e9rrez Ta\u00f1o, from the area of Marketing and Market Research.<\/p>\n<p>The collaboration began with a keynote address by Jon Ramsden, Head of Marketing, Customer Experience, and Loyalty at Binter, who laid the groundwork for various lines of research. The students worked in teams, analyzing diverse aspects of the sector such as brand image, advertising creativity, perceived quality, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.<\/p>\n<p>As the culmination of the project, the team comprised of Ainhoa L\u00f3pez Mir, Jennifer M\u00e9ndez Rodr\u00edguez, Brenda Morales Ortiz, and Samuel P\u00e9rez Andreu-Rodr\u00edguez presented a comparative analysis of perceived quality and customer satisfaction in airlines. The presentation was attended by faculty members and representatives from Binter, facilitating a valuable exchange between academic perspectives and business realities.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative is a prime example of the importance of university-business collaboration in training future professionals.
