The General Research Support Service of the University of La Laguna hosted a course on exosome, nanovesicle, nanoparticle and nanoplastic analysis techniques between February 17 and 19, taught by researchers and experts in these fields with the aim of showcasing the potential of various cutting-edge equipment available at this university facility, as well as innovative analysis techniques and equipment.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>High-precision characterization tools are essential in any rigorous scientific research, and thanks to great technological advances, there are increasingly more tools on the market. However, a lack of knowledge about the capabilities of the available equipment prevents us from taking full advantage of them, which is why this course has been promoted.<\/p>\n

In this particular case, the focus was on the exosome, nanovesicle, nanoparticle, and nanoplastic analysis techniques available at the University of La Laguna, featuring speakers who utilize innovative and disruptive techniques, such as liquid-phase TEM and synchrotron nanomaterial measurements. There was also a demonstration, on Wednesday the 19th, of two pieces of equipment from the company IESMAT focused on nanomaterial analysis: Nanosight Pro (NTA) and Zetasizer Advance (DLS).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
