The University of La Laguna is currently in the midst of its pre-registration and enrollment processes, and as of today, it already has 17,452 students enrolled in its undergraduate and double degree programs for the upcoming 2026-27 academic year. This number will increase in the coming weeks with the addition of enrollments obtained through the extraordinary pre-registration period, which will open at the end of August\u2014offering 953 places across 22 degree programs\u2014and the 182 places on the waiting lists that are currently being processed.<\/p>\n
Of the 17,525 undergraduate enrollments already confirmed, 3,970 come from the regular June pre-registration period, which ended in late July, with the remaining 182 places still to be filled on the aforementioned waiting lists. The remaining 13,482 enrollments are mostly continuing students\u2014that is, those continuing their studies from the second year onward\u2014but also include international students and those who have transferred their academic records from other institutions.<\/p>\n
The extraordinary pre-registration period will allocate 953 places in degree programs where places remained unfilled after the regular application period. Applications can be submitted from August 26th at 10:00 AM until August 28th at 2:00 PM. In this process, there will be only one list of allocated places on September 2nd, and a waiting list that will be implemented on September 9th.<\/p>\n
Specifically, the degrees offering places in extraordinary pre-registration are Social and Cultural Anthropology; Technical Architecture; Fine Arts; Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage; Accounting and Finance; Economics; Spanish: Language and Literature; Classical Studies; Applied Francophone Studies; English Studies; Philosophy; Geography and Spatial Planning; History; Art History; Agricultural and Rural Engineering; Civil Engineering; Industrial Chemical Engineering; Labor Relations; Sociology; Marine Technologies; and Tourism, both at the La Laguna campus and at the South Campus in Adeje.<\/p>\n
To these figures must be added those corresponding to registrations in official master's degrees, own degrees and doctorates, so the institution estimates that next year there will be around 22,000 registrations in its different studies, thus maintaining the same trend that has been recorded in recent academic years.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
