Cultural Classroom seminar was held, dedicated to the aspects that, from the point of view of the current regulations on intellectual property, are relevant to broadcasting and, more specifically, to that which is developed in the university environment.<\/p>\n<p>Members of about fifteen Spanish university radio stations discussed the main relevant aspects derived from broadcasting activity, such as compliance with copyright and related rights, the relationship with collective management entities or the need to establish a joint strategy for negotiations arising from such issues.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar was also open to an audience outside the field of university broadcasting, who were able to learn about the reality of these media and their management, with special attention to the use of material subject to intellectual property rights and, more specifically, musical phonograms.<\/p>\n<p>The activity is part of the collaboration that this cultural classroom of the University of La Laguna develops within the Association of University Radios of Spain (ARU), an entity in which the institution has been integrated since 2011.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last Friday, March 15th, the second edition of the &quot;Radio Campus&quot;
