The expert has been invited by the Mapfre Canarias Foundation Chair of Technology and Education at the University of La Laguna (TECNOEDU) and the event will be held at the MAPFRE Canarias Foundation Headquarters, located at Plaza de San Crist\u00f3bal, 20 in San Crist\u00f3bal de La Laguna.<\/p>\n<p>With this conference, the TECNOEDU chair seeks to analyze the potential application of the Universal Design for Learning model to teaching, linking it to the curriculum and school organization. Furthermore, this conference will highlight the relevance of this model in combination with different resources, especially digital resources.<\/p>\n<p>The speaker, Carmen Alba Pastor, will reveal the most relevant aspects of this learning model, which she began developing after a stay in Massachusetts (USA). Her work on Universal Design for Learning, developed in collaboration with the Center for Applied Special Technology (CAST) in the US city, has been published in numerous articles and books.
