Las sesiones se celebrar\u00e1n a partir de las 9:00 en el Aula 4 del edificio de las Secciones de F\u00edsica y de Matem\u00e1ticas, en el Campus de Anchieta.<\/p>\n<p>Este encuentro, conocido por el acr\u00f3nimo PEJIM, tiene el doble objetivo de, por una parte, facilitar un foro de difusi\u00f3n, reuni\u00f3n e intercambio entre j\u00f3venes egresados en matem\u00e1ticas y, por otra, estimular a los alumnos de los \u00faltimos cursos del Grado en Matem\u00e1ticas, mostr\u00e1ndoles el trabajo de j\u00f3venes matem\u00e1ticos bastante cercanos a ellos en edad e intereses.<\/p>\n<p>La cita se centra en la Matem\u00e1tica en su sentido m\u00e1s amplio, incluyendo tanto la investigaci\u00f3n matem\u00e1tica en cualquier rama, como la did\u00e1ctica de las matem\u00e1ticas y las aplicaciones de las matem\u00e1ticas en industria, econom\u00eda,<\/p>\n<p>El programa de 2016 cuenta con 19 ponencias y una mesa redonda a la que asistir\u00e1 el Vicerrector de Investigaci\u00f3n, Francisco Almeida.
