Abstract
Real estate timesharing is a recently created right that is characterized by the concurrence of
personal, real and formal elements. In addition to the fulfilment of certain prerequisites, we
can add that it is a right with its own legal regime in terms of constitution, modification,
content, duration or termination. Moreover, the right of withdrawal and the prohibition of
payment of advances offer consumers special protection.
