Issue No. 50 of Revista de Filología de la Universidad de La Laguna —corresponding to the first semester of 2025— is a monographic volume entitled Culturas en tránsito: el viaje y su relato como espacio de contacto entre España y Alemania / Cultures in Transit: Travel and its Narratives as a Contact Space between Spain and Germany, which brings together twelve contributions edited by Professor Marta Fernández Bueno (Universidad Complutense de Madrid). After the introduction, ‘Apuntes para una poética de la escritura de viajes’, written by the editor of the volume, the articles are organised into five sections: ‘Viajes, interculturalidad y estereotipos’, ‘Viajeras en el tránsito del siglo XIX al XX’, ‘La Guerra Civil’, ‘El relato viajero en otros medios (cine / cómic)’ and ‘El viaje como prebenda’.
