Authorship Rights

The works published in Latente are the property of their respective authors, who grant the journal the right of first publication.

The authors of accepted originals must transfer the exploitation and copying rights of their articles prior to publication. The purpose of this transfer of rights is to protect the common interests of authors and publishers.

For contributions published in the journal, it is mandatory to cite their source in any total or partial reproduction.

Authors may include the works they publish in this journal on their personal websites, in institutional or thematic repositories, and on academic and research social networks. To do so, they must mention the initial publication in Latente journal, as well as the type of Creative Commons reuse license to which their work in the magazine is subject.

By publishing on other websites or platforms, the number of citations of their works will increase. Therefore, the magazine encourages authors to disseminate their work in accordance with the terms mentioned above.
