Intercampus loan
The intercampus loan service allows a person to receive a document held in the library of their choice at the library of another campus from the ULL.
Only works whose loan status is PRE (foreign loan).Laptops and USB drives are excluded from this service.
They are considered different campuses Those comprised of the following libraries:
The Health Sciences and Nautical libraries are not considered to be integrated into any campus, and therefore can provide this service with any other library.
For operational reasons, the Teaching Units of La Palma and Adeje, and the Iriarte School of Tourism are excluded from this service.
This service is performed by the interested person themselves from the web catalog. To do this, you must identify yourself with the same username and password as for the rest of the ULL services (email, Electronic Headquarters, etc.).
If, during a search, you find that the work you are interested in is located in the library of another campus and is available, you can make the intercampus loan application, by clicking on the corresponding option within the tab «Copies«"Next, you must select the collection counter of the work and click on «"Accept"».
When the work arrives at the receiving library, a email so that you can come and pick it up and borrow it.
This service has been launched thanks to the essential collaboration of the ULL Mail Service, which is responsible for transferring documents from one campus to another.
