Computer loan

The Student Computer Loan Service (PROA) consists of laptops distributed among all the libraries for loan exclusively to ULL students. They are equipped with the Windows operating system and a complete suite of office tools, and also allow access to the Virtual Desktops of the ULL.

Laptops will be loaned for one semester, and loans cannot be renewed; it is necessary to return the equipment and, if applicable, make a new loan.

If at the time a person requests to borrow a laptop there are none available, they can make a reservation, so that they will be notified as soon as a computer becomes available.

IMPORTANT: To use laptops with the Windows operating system, you need to enter this information:
Username: user
Password. user

To access the virtual desktops The username (*****@) must be usedull.edu.es) and password for the "Microsoft identity". To set the service access password, you must access https://usuarios.ull.es/ Then click on the “Change Microsoft password” option; this way you can set the password that will give access to the services provided by Microsoft to users of the University of La Laguna.

Once authenticated, the user will have access to the different virtual desktops categorized by software type and must access the virtual desktop they have selected via HTML5 (and not via RDP)
