Procurement and Assets Service

The Procurement and Assets Service of the University of La Laguna (ULL) is an administrative unit under the General Management, whose mission is to manage the University's administrative procurement and assets. Regarding administrative procurement, it is responsible for carrying out the necessary activities (advisory and management) for contracting works, supplies, and all types of services required to meet the University's needs in teaching, research, and related activities. It also monitors signed contracts, processes any incidents, complaints, and claims that may arise, and provides contractual information to University bodies and external oversight bodies. In terms of assets, it is responsible for processing asset-related transactions (leases, sales, transfers, concessions, etc.) and maintaining the inventory of movable and immovable property owned by the University.
