Request for training session

Although these pages are intended as a guide to data protection, addressing any issue in person has proven very helpful. Therefore, I encourage anyone interested to request a visit from the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to resolve any questions. Often, questions arise about a specific topic, and an in-person consultation provides a better explanation than a written report (which I prepare later when necessary).

1. Indicate the modality:

The options can be:

  • Chat: An introductory session on the basic principles of data protection, how it is implemented at the ULL, and questions; or,

  • WorkshopWe work on the correct use of one or more ULL applications or resources, such as email, social networks, virtual campus, portal.ull.es,… or privacy management, how to prepare a research survey, publishing grades, etc…

The duration of one or the other module is generally between 60 and 90 minutes.

2. Determine the target audience:

Although the principles are the same, the examples and assumptions on which they are based are very different, so the target audience must be specified:

  • Student body

  • PDI

  • PAS

The duration and content can be adapted to the audience.

3. Choose an approximate date and contact the DPD
