class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The General Data Protection Regulation recognizes the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, and objection to processing. The ULL guarantees the exercise of these rights through a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/catalog\/showProcedure\/230\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">electronic procedure<\/a>. The data controller must respond within one month (extendable by two months in complex cases, with notification of the extension to the applicant).&nbsp;<br><br>If the interested party wishes, they can consult beforehand the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ull.es\/servicios\/dpd\/en\/informacion-sobre-web-institucional\/#registro-actividades-tratamiento\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Record of Processing Activities<\/a>&nbsp;where they refer to all the activities carried out by the University and specify, where applicable, the treatment to which they style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A copy of the personal data being processed, without these having to be in a format that allows the reproduction of the service to which they are intended, which would be the right to data portability.<\/span><\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information about:<\/span>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the purposes of the processing carried out with said data (grouped by data categories);<\/span><\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">their communications and transfers, including whether or not international transfers are made;<\/span><\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">its storage period;<\/span><\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the rights you have in relation to the treatments (listed here);<\/span><\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If automated decisions exist (including profiling and\/or the use of profiles), the criteria applied to those decisions (logic), and the consequences of the processing.<\/span><\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25aa Right of rectification:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Regulation:<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/ES\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32016R0679\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Article 16 GDPR<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y\n    <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2018-16673&amp;p=20181206&amp;tn=1#a1-6\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">14 LOPDGDD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to rectifying inaccurate data, you have the right to have partial personal data completed, including by means of an additional statement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25aa Right to erasure:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Regulation:<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/ES\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32016R0679\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Article 17 GDPR<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y\n    <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2018-16673&amp;p=20181206&amp;tn=1#a1-7\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15 LOPDGDD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This <\/span><b>right<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It is referred to by the GDPR itself as the \u201cright to be forgotten\u201d, although the Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights Act distinguishes the obligation to delete the information at the source (deletion) from the deletion of information on social networks and search engines, which is what it refers to as the right to be forgotten (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2018-16673#a9-5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span\n            style=\"font-weight: 400;\">art. 93<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The right to erasure allows you to request:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The erasure of personal data without undue delay when any of the contemplated circumstances occur, for example, unlawful processing of data or when the purpose that motivated the processing or collection has disappeared.<\/span><\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A series of exceptions are regulated in which this right will not apply, for example, when the right to freedom of expression and information must prevail.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25aa Right to restriction of processing:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Regulation:<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/ES\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32016R0679\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Article 18 GDPR<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y\n    <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2018-16673&amp;p=20181206&amp;tn=1#a1-8\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16 LOPDGDD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This <\/span><b>right<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> allows:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Request the data controller to suspend data processing when:<\/span>\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n                        <ul>\n                            <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The accuracy of the data is challenged while the responsible party verifies said accuracy.<\/span><\/li>\n                        <\/ul>\n                    <\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The interested party has exercised their right to object to the processing of data, while it is being verified whether the legitimate grounds of the controller prevail over those of the interested party.<\/span><\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Request the data controller to retain personal data when:<\/span>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The processing of data is unlawful and the interested party opposes the deletion of their data and requests instead the limitation of its use.<\/span><\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The controller no longer needs the data for the purposes of the processing, but the data subject does need them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.<\/span><\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25aa Right to data portability:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Regulation:<\/b> <a
