Therefore, I encourage anyone interested to request a visit from the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to resolve any questions. Often, questions arise about a specific topic, and an in-person consultation provides a better explanation than a written report (which I prepare later when necessary).<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">1. Indicate the modality:<\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\">The options can be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Chat:<\/b>\u00a0An introductory session on the basic principles of data protection, how it is implemented at the ULL, and questions; or,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Workshop<\/b>We work on the correct use of one or more ULL applications or resources, such as email, social networks, virtual campus, portal.ull.es,\u2026 or privacy management, how to prepare a research survey, publishing grades, etc\u2026<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">The duration of one or the other module is generally between 60 and 90 minutes.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">2. Determine the target audience:<\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\">Although the principles are the same, the examples and assumptions on which they are based are very different, so the target audience must be specified:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">Student body<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">PDI<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">PAS<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">The duration and content can be adapted to the audience.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">3.
