.stk-block-text__text{font-size:16px !important;}}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Le R\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la protection des donn\u00e9es (RGPD) reconna\u00eet les droits d&#039;acc\u00e8s, de rectification, d&#039;effacement, de portabilit\u00e9, de limitation du traitement et d&#039;opposition au traitement. L&#039;ULL garantit l&#039;exercice de ces droits par le biais d&#039;un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/catalog\/showProcedure\/230\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">proc\u00e9dure \u00e9lectronique<\/a>. Le responsable du traitement des donn\u00e9es doit r\u00e9pondre dans un d\u00e9lai d&#039;un mois (pouvant \u00eatre prolong\u00e9 de deux mois dans les cas complexes, avec notification de la prolongation au demandeur).&nbsp;<br><br>Si la partie int\u00e9ress\u00e9e le souhaite, elle peut consulter au pr\u00e9alable le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ull.es\/servicios\/dpd\/fr\/informacion-sobre-web-institucional\/#registro-actividades-tratamiento\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Registre des activit\u00e9s de traitement<\/a>&nbsp;o\u00f9 elles font r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 toutes les activit\u00e9s men\u00e9es par l&#039;Universit\u00e9 et pr\u00e9cisent, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, le traitement auquel            <ul>\n                    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">leurs communications et transferts, y compris la r\u00e9alisation ou non de transferts internationaux\u00a0;<\/span><\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n                <ul>\n style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outre la rectification des donn\u00e9es inexactes, vous avez le droit de faire compl\u00e9ter des donn\u00e9es personnelles partielles, y compris par le biais d&#039;une d\u00e9claration compl\u00e9mentaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25aa Droit \u00e0 l\u2019effacement\u00a0:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>R\u00e8glement:<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/ES\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32016R0679\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Article 17 du RGPD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y\n    <\/span><a style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce <\/span><b>droite<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Le RGPD lui-m\u00eame y fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence comme au \u201c droit \u00e0 l&#039;oubli \u201d, bien que la loi sur la protection des donn\u00e9es et la garantie des droits num\u00e9riques distingue l&#039;obligation de supprimer les informations \u00e0 la source (suppression) de la suppression des informations sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et les moteurs de recherche, ce \u00e0 quoi elle fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence comme au droit \u00e0 l&#039;oubli (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2018-16673#a9-5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span\n            style=\"font-weight: 400;\">art. 93<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le droit \u00e0 l&#039;effacement vous permet de demander\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019effacement des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel sans d\u00e9lai indu lorsque l\u2019une des circonstances pr\u00e9vues survient, par exemple en cas de traitement illicite des donn\u00e9es ou lorsque la finalit\u00e9 qui a motiv\u00e9 le traitement ou la collecte a disparu.<\/span><\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une s\u00e9rie d&#039;exceptions sont pr\u00e9vues, dans lesquelles ce droit ne s&#039;applique pas, par exemple lorsque le droit \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 d&#039;expression et d&#039;information doit pr\u00e9valoir.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25aa Droit \u00e0 la limitation du traitement\u00a0:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>R\u00e8glement:<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/ES\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32016R0679\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Article 18 du RGPD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y\n    <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2018-16673&amp;p=20181206&amp;tn=1#a1-8\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16 LOPDGDD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce <\/span><b>droite<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> permet :<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demander au responsable du traitement des donn\u00e9es de suspendre le traitement des donn\u00e9es lorsque\u00a0:<\/span>\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n                        <ul>\n                            <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;exactitude des donn\u00e9es est contest\u00e9e pendant que la partie responsable v\u00e9rifie ladite exactitude.<\/span><\/li>\n                        <\/ul>\n                    <\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La personne concern\u00e9e a exerc\u00e9 son droit d&#039;opposition au traitement des donn\u00e9es, pendant qu&#039;il est en cours de v\u00e9rification pour d\u00e9terminer si les motifs l\u00e9gitimes du responsable du traitement pr\u00e9valent sur ceux de la personne concern\u00e9e.<\/span><\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demander au responsable du traitement des donn\u00e9es de conserver les donn\u00e9es personnelles lorsque\u00a0:<\/span>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le traitement des donn\u00e9es est illicite et la personne concern\u00e9e s&#039;oppose \u00e0 l&#039;effacement de ses donn\u00e9es et demande plut\u00f4t la limitation de leur utilisation.<\/span><\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le responsable du traitement n&#039;a plus besoin des donn\u00e9es aux fins du traitement, mais la personne concern\u00e9e en a besoin pour la constatation, l&#039;exercice ou la d\u00e9fense de ses droits en justice.<\/span><\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25aa Droit \u00e0 la portabilit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es\u00a0:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>R\u00e8glement:<\/b> <a
