.stk-block-text__text{font-size:16px !important;}}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">El Reglamento General de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos reconoce los derechos de acceso, rectificaci\u00f3n, supresi\u00f3n, portabilidad, limitaci\u00f3n y oposici\u00f3n al tratamiento. La ULL garantiza el ejercicio de estos derechos mediante un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/catalog\/showProcedure\/230\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">procedimiento en sede electr\u00f3nica<\/a>. El responsable del tratamiento debe contestar en el plazo de un mes (ampliable en dos meses en supuestos complejos, con notificaci\u00f3n de la ampliaci\u00f3n al solicitante).&nbsp;<br><br>Si la persona interesada lo desea puede consultar previamente el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ull.es\/informacion-sobre-web-institucional\/#registro-actividades-tratamiento\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Registro de Actividades de Tratamiento<\/a>&nbsp;donde se refieren la totalidad de los que realiza la Universidad y precisar en su caso el tratamiento al que se refieren.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-columns alignfull stk-block-columns stk-block stk-87dd577\" href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/ES\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32016R0679\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">art\u00edculo 15 RGPD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y\n    <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2018-16673&amp;p=20181206&amp;tn=1#a1-5\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">13 LOPDGDD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se tiene derecho a:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copia de los datos personales objeto\n                    de tratamiento, sin que \u00e9stos deban estar en un formato que permita reproducir el servicio\n                    al que aquellos se destinan, que ser\u00eda derecho a la portabilidad de los datos.<\/span><\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informaci\u00f3n sobre:<\/span>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">las finalidades de los\n                            tratamientos que se realizan con dichos datos (agrupados por categor\u00edas de\n                            datos);<\/span><\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sus comunicaciones y cesiones,\n                            incluyendo si se realizan o no transferencias internacionales;<\/span><\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">su plazo de\n                            conservaci\u00f3n;<\/span><\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">los derechos que se tiene en\n                            relaci\u00f3n a los tratamientos (aqu\u00ed enumerados);<\/span><\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">si existen decisiones automatizadas\n                    (incluyendo la realizaci\u00f3n y\/o uso de perfiles), los criterios aplicados a dichas decisiones\n                    (l\u00f3gica), y consecuencias del tratamiento.<\/span><\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25aa Derecho de rectificaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Regulaci\u00f3n:<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/ES\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32016R0679\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">art\u00edculo 16 RGPD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y\n    <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2018-16673&amp;p=20181206&amp;tn=1#a1-6\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">14 LOPDGDD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se tiene derecho, adem\u00e1s de rectificar los datos inexactos, a que se\n        completen los datos personales parciales, incluso mediante una declaraci\u00f3n adicional.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25aa Derecho de supresi\u00f3n:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Regulaci\u00f3n:<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/ES\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32016R0679\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">art\u00edculo 17 RGPD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y\n    <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2018-16673&amp;p=20181206&amp;tn=1#a1-7\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15 LOPDGDD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este <\/span><b>derecho<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se denomina por el\n        propio RGPD como \u201cderecho al olvido\u201d, si bien la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos y Garant\u00eda de los Derechos\n        Digitales distingue la obligaci\u00f3n de eliminar la informaci\u00f3n en origen (supresi\u00f3n) de la eliminaci\u00f3n de\n        la informaci\u00f3n en redes sociales y motores de b\u00fasqueda, que es al que \u00e9sta denomina derecho al olvido\n        (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2018-16673#a9-5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span\n            style=\"font-weight: 400;\">art. 93<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). El\n        derecho de supresi\u00f3n permite solicitar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La supresi\u00f3n de los datos personales\n                    sin dilaci\u00f3n indebida cuando concurra alguno de los supuestos contemplados, por ejemplo,\n                    tratamiento il\u00edcito de datos o cuando haya desaparecido la finalidad que motiv\u00f3 el\n                    tratamiento o recogida.<\/span><\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se regulan una serie de excepciones en las que\n            no proceder\u00e1 este derecho, por ejemplo, cuando deba prevalecer el derecho a la libertad de expresi\u00f3n\n            e informaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25aa Derecho a la limitaci\u00f3n del tratamiento:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Regulaci\u00f3n:<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/ES\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32016R0679\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">art\u00edculo 18 RGPD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y\n    <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2018-16673&amp;p=20181206&amp;tn=1#a1-8\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16 LOPDGDD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este <\/span><b>derecho<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> permite:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solicitar al responsable que suspenda\n                    el tratamiento de datos cuando:<\/span>\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n                        <ul>\n                            <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se impugne la\n                                    exactitud de los datos, mientras se verifica dicha exactitud por el\n                                    responsable.<\/span><\/li>\n                        <\/ul>\n                    <\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El interesado ha ejercitado su\n                            derecho de oposici\u00f3n al tratamiento de datos, mientras se verifica si los motivos\n                            leg\u00edtimos del responsable prevalecen sobre el interesado.<\/span><\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solicitar al responsable que conserve los\n            datos personales cuando:<\/span>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n                <ul>\n                    <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El tratamiento de datos sea\n                            il\u00edcito y el interesado se oponga a la supresi\u00f3n de sus datos y solicite en su lugar\n                            la limitaci\u00f3n de su uso.<\/span><\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <ul>\n            <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El responsable ya no necesita los\n                    datos para los fines del tratamiento pero el interesado s\u00ed los necesite para la formulaci\u00f3n,\n                    ejercicio o defensa de reclamaciones.<\/span><\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25aa Derecho a la portabilidad de los datos:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Regulaci\u00f3n:<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/ES\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32016R0679\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">art\u00edculo 20 RGPD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y\n    <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2018-16673&amp;p=20181206&amp;tn=1#a1-9\" target=\"_blank\"\n        rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">17 LOPDGDD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Delegado de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Derechos en materia de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos El Reglamento General de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos reconoce los derechos de acceso, rectificaci\u00f3n, supresi\u00f3n, portabilidad, limitaci\u00f3n y oposici\u00f3n al tratamiento.
