L\u2019application transversale de ces politiques a conduit \u00e0 leur int\u00e9gration non seulement dans des lois sp\u00e9cifiques relatives \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9, telles que la loi organique 3\/2007 du 22 mars, pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 effective entre les femmes et les hommes, et la loi des \u00eeles Canaries 1\/2010 du 26 f\u00e9vrier, relative \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes (ces deux lois comportant des dispositions applicables notamment \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et au secteur public), mais aussi dans d\u2019autres lois pr\u00e9sentant un int\u00e9r\u00eat particulier pour les universit\u00e9s publiques, comme la loi organique 4\/2007 du 12 avril, modifiant la loi organique 6\/2001 relative l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de La Laguna a ses propres fonctions, bien que tous les groupes, organes et unit\u00e9s organisationnelles de l\u2019universit\u00e9 soient impliqu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re transversale par le principe d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes conform\u00e9ment au cadre r\u00e9glementaire applicable.<br><br>\u00c0 titre d\u2019actions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, les mesures suivantes sont propos\u00e9es\u00a0: des actions de sensibilisation pour promouvoir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes au sein de la communaut\u00e9 universitaire, la coordination des politiques et des actions, ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9valuation, le suivi et l\u2019appr\u00e9ciation du respect de la l\u00e9gislation, des plans et des mesures visant \u00e0 parvenir \u00e0 une \u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes effective.<br><br>Entre autres, des mesures plus sp\u00e9cifiques sont prises pour corriger les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s entre les sexes, avec une attention particuli\u00e8re port\u00e9e aux victimes de violences sexistes, de harc\u00e8lement sexuel et\/ou sexiste, et des actions sont propos\u00e9es pour concilier vie personnelle, familiale, professionnelle et universitaire.<br><br>Enfin, il convient de souligner les actions qui facilitent la formation, la recherche, le transfert et la gestion dans une perspective de genre ; ainsi que les conseils en mati\u00e8re d&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres destin\u00e9s aux individus, aux groupes, aux unit\u00e9s organisationnelles et aux instances de la communaut\u00e9 organisationnelle.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Des comit\u00e9s pour l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place en tant que groupes de travail afin de faciliter et de promouvoir les actions en faveur de l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9.
