The material is easy to mold by hand and readily conforms to the shape of any mold. It is prepared, sets, and hardens at room temperature. It is non-toxic or of low toxicity (keeping in mind that a small percentage of the population may be allergic to some of its components, such as commercial cement) and uses paper fiber that can be derived from recycled material.
