These changes will have a significant impact on agriculture, leading to a loss of crop productivity and substantial economic losses. These scenarios present the Macaronesian Regions with the enormous challenge of developing actions that promote the adaptation of agriculture and key regional crops to the new climatic conditions and scenarios, ensuring economic activity, maintaining productive potential, and guaranteeing food security.
