Ce projet vise \u00e0 identifier des m\u00e9dicaments d\u00e9j\u00e0 approuv\u00e9s pour l&#039;usage humain (par la FDA) capables d&#039;inhiber la voie Chk1 \u00e0 des fins th\u00e9rapeutiques. Il s&#039;agit d&#039;un exemple de repositionnement de m\u00e9dicament. Nous utilisons un syst\u00e8me d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le cadre du projet IMBRAIN, bas\u00e9 sur l&#039;utilisation d&#039;un mutant activ\u00e9 de Chk1. Notre criblage permet ainsi de d\u00e9tecter des inhibiteurs capables de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans la cellule et d&#039;interf\u00e9rer avec n&#039;importe quel aspect de la fonction de Chk1 in vivo.
