L\u2019ULL a entam\u00e9 une d\u00e9marche visant \u00e0 garantir un environnement de recherche favorable afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 de la carri\u00e8re de chercheur et de renforcer son attractivit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des chercheurs de talent. L\u2019adoption de\u00a0<em>Charte europ\u00e9enne du chercheur et code de conduite pour le recrutement des chercheurs (Charte et Code)<\/em>\u00a0et son int\u00e9gration dans les normes et pratiques de l&#039;ULL est l&#039;un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s de ce processus.<br><br>Le &quot;\u00ab<em>Strat\u00e9gie de ressources humaines pour les chercheurs int\u00e9grant la Charte et le Code<\/em>\u00bbLe dispositif HRS4R est une proc\u00e9dure mise en place par la Commission europ\u00e9enne pour accompagner les \u00e9tablissements de recherche dans la mise en \u0153uvre de la Charte et du Code de recrutement des chercheurs. Cette mise en \u0153uvre favorise le d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re des chercheurs.<br><br>L\u2019Universit\u00e9 de La Laguna s\u2019engage \u00e0 promouvoir un recrutement ouvert et transparent des chercheurs, car cela contribue \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du personnel acad\u00e9mique. Des processus de recrutement et de s\u00e9lection ouverts et transparents favorisent les opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi pour les chercheurs (notamment les jeunes) et la mobilit\u00e9, tant au sein de europ\u00e9enne du chercheur et code de conduite pour le recrutement des chercheurs<\/a>, et ont recommand\u00e9 leur mise en \u0153uvre dans les \u00c9tats membres. Ces deux documents s&#039;adressent aux chercheurs ainsi qu&#039;aux \u00e9tablissements de recrutement et constituent des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s de la politique de l&#039;Union europ\u00e9enne visant \u00e0 rendre la recherche attractive, un aspect essentiel de sa strat\u00e9gie pour stimuler la croissance \u00e9conomique et l&#039;emploi au sein de l&#039;UE.<br><br>La Charte europ\u00e9enne du chercheur est un ensemble de principes et d&#039;exigences g\u00e9n\u00e9raux qui pr\u00e9cise les r\u00f4les, les responsabilit\u00e9s et les droits des chercheurs, ainsi que de leurs employeurs et\/ou financeurs. Elle constitue un cadre incitant chercheurs, employeurs et financeurs \u00e0 agir de mani\u00e8re responsable et professionnelle dans leur environnement de travail et \u00e0 se reconna\u00eetre mutuellement comme tels.<br>Le code de conduite relatif au recrutement des chercheurs comprend un ensemble de principes et d&#039;exigences g\u00e9n\u00e9raux que les employeurs et\/ou les organismes financeurs doivent respecter lors du recrutement ou de la nomination de chercheurs. Les institutions et les employeurs qui adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 ce code de conduite d\u00e9montrent ouvertement leur engagement \u00e0 agir de mani\u00e8re responsable et respectueuse et \u00e0 offrir aux
