La adecuada protecci\u00f3n de las invenciones constituye un elemento clave para posibilitar la transferencia de los resultados de investigaci\u00f3n a los distintos sectores socioecon\u00f3micos, impulsando la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica y generando impacto y beneficio social y econ\u00f3mico.<br><br>En este sentido, resulta fundamental que el personal investigador no divulgue una invenci\u00f3n por ning\u00fan medio antes de comunicarla a la&nbsp;<strong>OTC-ULL.<\/strong>&nbsp;Desde este servicio se ofrece asesoramiento especializado para compatibilizar la publicaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica con la correcta protecci\u00f3n de los resultados de investigaci\u00f3n.<br><br>El&nbsp;<strong>\u00c1rea de Protecci\u00f3n de Resultados de Investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;tiene como misi\u00f3n asesorar y apoyar a la comunidad investigadora de la Universidad de La Laguna en la protecci\u00f3n adecuada del conocimiento generado, garantizando su correcta gesti\u00f3n y facilitando su posterior transferencia y valorizaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de acciones de informaci\u00f3n y asesoramiento en materia de protecci\u00f3n del conocimiento.<br><br>Los principales
