The Quality and Training Section of the PTGAS and the Teaching and Research Staff and Educational Innovation Department, through its three offices and under the authority of the Management and the Vice-Rectorate for Teaching, is responsible for the design, planning, and implementation of continuing professional development plans for both teaching and administrative and service staff, the management of educational innovation programs, and administrative support for the Teaching Performance Evaluation Program. The Section aims to be a leading service for the professional development of both teaching and administrative and service staff, thereby contributing to the improvement of teaching quality and university services.
