To reflect the economic activity of the University of La Laguna through the preparation, promotion, and management of the University Budget, as well as the accounting of all transactions with economic and financial significance, in order to provide information to internal and external users. This includes improving budgeting through the introduction of new budgeting techniques, ensuring accountability to the university community and society at large, and facilitating the provision of reliable and relevant information for decision-making by various users.
