Services offered to the user
- Providing information to third parties about their relationship with the University.
- Presentation of the economic justification of the funds received (subsidies, aid, etc.), by compiling the information requested in each call and, where appropriate, returning the unused funds.
- Preparation of the University's Annual Accounts to be submitted to the external control bodies, in order to know the financial, economic and asset situation of the University.
- Issuance of reports with economic and budgetary content, derived from requests for information of a periodic or occasional nature.
- Provision of tax and fiscal information derived from legal obligations, for the purpose of the University or outside of it, for which the various required official forms are prepared, instructions are issued for compliance with tax obligations and tax assistance is provided to the bodies of the University.
- Collection and accounting of income, recording all operations that entail rights for the University and managing the collection of said rights.
- Treasury management and payment processing, ensuring the timely availability of funds and making the actual payment to creditors.
- Monitoring of budget execution and accounting of expenses, in such a way that all documents that involve the execution of the expenditure budget and payments are recorded.
- Preparation of the Budget and the modifications that affect it, through the preparation of the budget document and the processing of subsequent modifications to it.
