No habiéndose recibido reclamaciones al Censo provisional,  se proclaman  como Definitivos, los Censos publicados en la web del Centro, que son expuestos, de acuerdo con el calendario electoral.

In the Faculty Board, the 30% corresponds to the Students with a total of 57 representatives who will be distributed equally among the different Sections of the Faculty, in accordance with art. 15.5 of the Internal Regulations of the Faculty of Sciences.

El plazo para presentar las candidaturas es  desde el día November 4-8.

The application may be submitted using one of these three methods:

  1. At the Faculty of Sciences Secretariat, from 10:00 to 13:00 hours.
  2. Through electronic means (Electronic Headquarters, through the Procedure: ”Elections for the renewal of representatives to the Faculty Board REIROC006” and attaching a pdf with the completed candidacy application).
  3. Send the completed and signed application to the email address  dviceval@ull.edu.es – Deadline 04/11 to 08/11.

Candidates Student body.

Al considerar que el número de candidatos en el sector de Alumnado, no supera el número de vacantes por  Sección, se resuelve que quedan proclamados provisionalmente como miembros electos de la Junta de Facultad de Ciencias los candidatos de  Alumnado  del anexo que se publica. Dándose un plazo de dos días hábiles, a partir del día de la fecha para cualquier reclamación al acto, ordenando su publicación el día 11 de noviembre.

Since no claims have been filed against the provisional proclamation of candidates, the list published as provisional candidates becomes final.

Al no haber superado las candidaturas presentadas, el número de vacantes  de las distintas Secciones, no se celebrará ninguna votación y dichas candidaturas son proclamadas provisionalmente como representantes  en la Junta de Facultad.

Call for elections for Dean from the Faculty of Sciences 2023.

El decano será elegido según el artículo 50 del Reglamento de Régimen Interno de la Facultad de Ciencias, y de acuerdo con los Estatutos y el Reglamento electoral General de la ULL, por el Pleno de la Junta de Facultad.

Provisional census para las elecciones a Decano o Decana de la Facultad de Ciencias 2023.

Since no claim has been filed regarding the provisional census for the election of the dean of the Faculty of Sciences, it becomes definitive.

Teaching and research staff with permanent ties to the University of La Laguna and who are attached to the Faculty of Sciences may submit their candidacy to occupy the Deanship.

La presentación de candidaturas se hará en el plazo indicado en el calendario electoral ( entre el 22 y el 26 de mayo), mediante escrito dirigido a la Comisión Electoral de la Facultad, en la que deberá expresarse  el nombre, apellidos, D.N.I. y firma del candidato.

Having reviewed the application for candidacy submitted by Ms. Mª del Mar Afonso Rodríguez, and considering that she complies with article 179.2 of the Statutes of the University of La Laguna, which establishes that the deans of Faculty will be elected by their respective center boards from among doctoral professors belonging to the university teaching bodies attached to the respective center according to their Internal Regulations.

This Commission resolves that she is proclaimed as the Provisional candidate for Dean of the Faculty of Sciences, giving the period from May 31 to June 1 for any claim to the act.

Since no appeals have been filed against the candidacy presented by Ms. Mª del Mar Afonso Rodríguez, this candidacy is proclaimed as definitive and the Electoral Campaign begins, in accordance with the electoral calendar.

Para la elección de decana será necesario, en primera votación obtener la mayoría absoluta de los miembros de la Junta de Facultad. De no obtenerla, se producirá una segunda votación al día siguiente. En este caso, será elegida la candidata si obtiene mayoría simple, siempre que sus votos superen un tercio de los miembros  de la Junta.

La votación tendrá lugar el día 21 de junio durante la celebración de una Junta de Facultad, en horario de 11:00 a 13:00 horas. Previamente al acto de elección  la candidata podrá presentar su equipo de dirección, así como  un programa de actuación  y de gobierno.

Al haber obtenido mayoría absoluta de los miembros del órgano (61, teniendo en cuenta las excusas presentadas, 22), no será necesaria una segunda votación y se producirá la Proclamación Provisional de acuerdo con el calendario electoral el día 23 de junio.

De acuerdo con el Calendario Electoral de las elecciones a Decana de la Facultad de Ciencias, tras la votación celebrada el día 21 de junio y dado que la candidata Mª del Mar Afonso Rodríguez

ha obtenido la mayoría absoluta de los votos de los miembros de la Junta de Facultad (61, teniendo en cuenta las excusas presentadas, 22), no es necesaria una segunda votación y la candidata es proclamada provisionalmente Decana de la Facultad de Ciencias.

The deadline for filing appeals against the provisional proclamation, according to the electoral calendar, is between June 26 and 27.

Since no claims have been made against the provisional proclamation of Ms. María del Mar Afonso Rodríguez as dean, she is definitively proclaimed as Dean of the Faculty of Sciences.

Those members of the teaching staff whose teaching exceeds 25% in several Sections, will be part of the Census of the Section in which they carry out the highest percentage of their teaching, unless the interested party requests otherwise in a timely manner.

En los listados los colores negro y azul, indican más de un 25% de docencia en esa sección, mientras que otros colores indican menos del 25% de docencia en esa sección.

Having met in the Elections to fill the positions of representatives on the Board of Center, and no claim having been presented to the provisional Census, the Censuses are proclaimed as Definitive.

Reunida la Comisión Electoral para la elección  de representantes a Junta de Centro, proceden a analizar las solicitudes recibidas, teniendo en cuenta el sector y la sección correspondientes.

Having reviewed the application for candidacy submitted by Mr. Ignacio García Marco, as a representative of non-permanent faculty members in the Mathematics Section, this is dismissed for having submitted it after the deadline.

Having reviewed the application for candidacy submitted by Ms. Irene Márquez Corbella, as a representative of PDI with non-permanent ties in the Physics Section, this is dismissed for having submitted it after the deadline.

Having reviewed the application for candidacy submitted by Mr. Luis Fabián Lorenzo Díaz as a representative of permanent teaching and research staff in the Biology Section, and although their teaching percentage is less than 25%, taking into account section 1.b.3 of article 15 of the internal regulations, given the existence of vacant positions, is considered.

Having reviewed the application for candidacy submitted by Mr. Francisco Javier del Castillo Vargas como representante de PDI con vinculación  permanente en la Sección de Física, y aunque su porcentaje de docencia es inferior al 25%, al tener en cuenta la base 1.b.3 del artículo 15 del reglamento de régimen interno al existir plazas vacantes, is considered.

Having reviewed the application for candidacy submitted by Mr. Mario Andrés González Carracedo As a representative of PDI with non-permanent ties in the Biology Section, this is dismissed according to section 1.b.2 of article 15 of the internal regulations, as he did not reach 25% of his teaching in said Section.

Having reviewed the application for candidacy submitted by Mr. Ignacio Ruigómez Sempere, as a representative of PDI with non-permanent ties in the Chemistry Section, this is dismissed according to section 1.b.2 of article 15 of the internal regulations, as he did not reach 25% of his teaching in said Section.

Having reviewed the application for candidacy submitted by Mr. Eduardo Manuel Segredo González, as a representative of non-permanent faculty members in the Mathematics Section, this is dismissed according to section 1.b.2 of article 15 of the internal regulations, as he did not reach 25% of his teaching in said Section.

Al considerar que el número de candidatos en los sectores de Alumnado y P.A.S., no supera el número de vacantes por sector y Sección y en aplicación el artículo 15.3 del Reglamento de Régimen Interno de la Facultad de Ciencias,  dichas plazas vacantes pasan al sector de personal docente e investigador contratado con vínculo no permanente. De esta manera All applications from non-permanent teaching and research staff who carry out at least 25% of their teaching activity are accepted. in their corresponding sections, leaving vacancies to be filled in those candidacies.

En relación al Sector de Profesorado de vinculación  permanente de las Secciones de Biología,  Física y Matemáticas, el número de candidatos no supera el número de vacantes.

In the case of permanent faculty in the Chemistry Section, since there are more candidates than positions on the Center Board, the election will be held by vote on December 1st.

La Comisión Electoral resuelve que quedan proclamados provisionalmente como miembros electos de la Junta de Facultad de Ciencias los candidatos en los sectores de Profesorado de vinculación no permanente, sector de Profesorado de vinculación  permanente de las Secciones de Biología,  Física y Matemáticas,  Alumnado y P.A.S de los anexos que se adjuntan. Dándose un plazo de dos días hábiles, a partir del día de la fecha para cualquier reclamación al acto, ordenando su publicación el día 22 de noviembre.

The Electoral Commission, meeting for the elections to fill the positions of representatives on the Board of Directors, received a complaint regarding the candidacy submitted by Ms. Carmen María Rodríguez Pérez as a representative of permanent teaching and research staff in the Biology Section, and although their teaching percentage is less than 25%, taking into account section 1.b.3 of article 15 of the internal regulations, given the existence of vacant positions, is considered.

Al no haberse recibido más reclamaciones  relativas a la proclamación provisional,  la Comisión establece como definitivas las listas anteriormente publicadas como candidaturas provisionales.
