Description:
Exelearning
It is a software for the creation of free interactive content and of open source. Exelearning allows us to create different types of digital content such as content treesmultimedia elementsinteractive activities, among others under a format of content pack. Multiple choice questions that can be inserted can be text, images, sounds, videos, along with simple activities such as multiple choice questions, true or false, fill in the blanks, etc. Exelearning uses the browser to run but does not require an Internet connection or online work; however, content added to the resource may require an Internet connection. The resource created in exelearning is discharge and is available from a local computer, so the packaged content remains stored in an archive for storage and reuse. The types of export formats for the generated content can be in HTMLSCORM either IMS, along with others.

Example:
A professor includes in his teaching proposal the use of the exelearning program to generate interactive content, which students in the Master's in Teaching must use to generate their own content. Thus, each resource presented must "package" a student learning situation with multiple resources such as images, videos, and interactive activities.

An art teacher uses this resource to package her thematic units and generate content for her own virtual classroom. With this tool, she creates her resources, adds short activities to help students understand the theoretical aspects of her subject, and embeds these resources in SCORM format within the Moodle virtual classroom.
