Google Calendar Google Calendar is a Google tool for organizing and managing time, serving as a calendar, diary, or planner. You can create different events, add tasks, set up an appointment schedule, or report that a specific time slot is set for focus time, time to report outside of your workspace, or report your work location. Google Calendar allows you to create events by sharing with other email accounts, add video calls to Google Meet, and change the view to day, week, month, year, agenda, or four days. In the university setting, the "appointment schedule" feature is especially useful for generating a booking webpage where students can sign up for tutoring appointments. Additionally, there is a "daily schedule" configuration available to receive an email each morning at the set time with a list of the topics scheduled for that day. Google Calendar is available in extended versions through institutional passwords, with the option to create an unlimited number of booking pages, check the email addresses of those making the reservations, send email reminders, or check availability on multiple calendars.
