Google Forms

Category: Information management and analysis, Content creation.

Description:
Google Forms is a Google tool for creating forms, surveys, and questionnaires. With this tool, you can easily create multiple-choice, short-answer, paragraph, multiple-choice, checkbox, drop-down, file-upload, linear scale, multi-choice, checkbox, and date/time questions. Google Forms allows for collaborative creation of these surveys, allowing simultaneous editing and adding of questions with scoring assignments. It also allows for anonymous collection of information if desired, and allows for easy editing of the resource's aesthetics. Once the questionnaire is completed, it can be sent via email addresses, embedded in a link, and indexed in HTML on other digital platforms, virtual environments, or web pages.

Example:
A professor uses Google Forms to create a survey evaluating the course and the virtual classroom with his classmates. They develop this survey together, review the results, and suggest improvements for their course for the following year.

A teacher suggests that students use Google Forms to gather information from their classmates. Using this method, students collect data and conduct an exploratory and descriptive analysis of the topic they are studying.
