Category: Content creationActivities and evaluation

Description:
Nearpod is a tool that allows you to create interactive presentations that students can interact with, either synchronously (at the teacher's pace) or asynchronously (at their own pace).

Creating resources is simple, and pre-made presentations from other applications can be leveraged. Nearpod allows students to integrate activities and games into the content presentation, allowing them to participate in content, allowing teachers to monitor their progress. Furthermore, its engaging resources and the playful approach to the experience increase student attention and motivation.

Example:
The teacher can prepare a presentation of the content to be covered for students to view independently at home. Activities can be interspersed throughout this presentation to monitor comprehension, thereby identifying any content that has not been fully understood and thus reinforcing it in a subsequent in-person session.

Students can create content or presentations using this tool as a way to present work for a subject. They must structure the information they want to include in the resource, organize the presentation format, and then incorporate this content into the presentation by adding activities to further explore or review the content.
