Description:
Open Broadcaster Software
It is a tool for the video recording and live streaming through various streaming channels, and is free and open-source software. OBS presents its main features on its website: real-time sound and video capture and mixing with custom transitions, filtering of different video sources with adjustments for different scenes, an audio mixer with preset filters, configuration options, a settings panel for recording and streaming configuration, and a modular "Dock" user interface. OBS can be used on Windows, Mac, or Linux.

Example:
A teacher encourages students to use OBS to record their presentation video in high-quality, including well-designed scenes that introduce the different members of the group and report on the selected current news topic.

A professor wants to make a video with different scenes to make it look more personalized and professional. To do so, he uses OBS, records his video with intercut scenes, and inserts the material as a resource to support the theoretical content of the topic being covered in class.
