Padlet

Category: Content creation

Description:
It is an online tool that allows you to create “panels” or “murals” in a way individual or collaborative in a simple and visual way. From the moment you open a padlet or board, you can start adding text, images, videos, share with other accounts or leave it open for those who have a link. Furthermore, thanks to the ability to share in HTML, it can be inserted into the virtual classroom for the subject and accessed without having to resort to external links.

Example:
We invite students to work in groups of five on a Padlet where they visually capture, with a brief description, the main points of a specific topic randomly assigned to them from the curriculum. Once completed, they should share the Padlet with their teachers and use the same Padlet to present it in class.

A teacher adds a padlet to her virtual classroom via HTML so that students can gather information on each of the topics or themes to be worked on and accumulate them on the same shared board.
