Once the document containing the claim, complaint, or suggestion has been received, the procedure begins to respond to the interested party, taking into account its nature and content.
You can also contribute to this improvement process by participating in the institutional satisfaction surveys, which are conducted periodically and systematically and sent by email to all stakeholders linked to the university (students, faculty, administrative staff, graduates, employers, etc.).
