The different participating universities globally regulate the studies of
doctorate through the following regulations:

• Regulations for Official Master's and Doctorate Courses at the University of La Laguna, approved by resolution of 3 February 2009 of the Governing Council (BOC of 16 February 2009).
• Regulations on Doctoral Studies at the University of Oviedo, Agreement of July 21, 2011, of the Governing Council.
• Regulations on Proposals for Doctoral Programmes at the University of the Basque Country / Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, approved by Resolution of 18 January 2012, of the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the University of the Basque Country / Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea (BOPV of 15 February 2012).
• Regulations governing the Doctorate at the Public University of Navarra (A. 28/2012. Governing Council 8-5-2012). Regulations for the creation and functions of the Doctoral School of the Public University of Navarra (EDONA) (A 29/2012, Governing Council 8-5-2012)
• Regulations on Doctoral Studies at the University of Zaragoza, Agreement of the Governing Council of the University of Zaragoza of November 4, 2011 approving the Regulations on the Organization and Structure of Doctoral Studies (BOUZ, November 14).
