Procedures to ensure the correct development of mobility actions.

The provisions of procedure PR_06 will be followed for the management of student mobility, included in the SGIC of the Faculty of Psychology, which sets out the system to be applied in the management and review of mobility programs, adapting it to the specificities of doctoral programs.

To ensure the proper implementation of mobility activities, the Center has a mobility program manager and a Mobility Committee, which is responsible for annually reviewing mobility policy and objectives, in accordance with official calls for proposals.

Mobility measures related to the Doctoral Program in Psychology will be aimed at facilitating and enhancing doctoral students' access to the mobility programs offered. Doctoral students' collaboration and placements in research centers and within the program's own research groups will be encouraged in the context of agreements established with other universities, organizations, institutions, or companies. Doctoral students will also be encouraged to attend conferences and other events relevant to their scientific training.

In the evaluation, monitoring, and improvement of the doctoral program's mobility activities, the Mobility Coordinator, the center's Mobility Committee, and the doctoral program's Quality Committee will collect, analyze, and propose improvements, each academic year, based on the following indicators:

Utilization rate: number of places occupied / number of places offered for the development of mobility programs associated with the program.

Participation rate: number of students in the programme who participate in mobility programmes // number of students enrolled in the programme who meet the requirements to participate in a mobility programme.

Yield rate: number of students completing a programme/number of students participating in mobility programmes.
