The aforementioned structures are integrated into the corresponding committees of the centre/section/degree, which establish the operating mechanisms through periodic meetings to analyse the development of the degree at its different levels (degree, course and subject).

Coordination plan

The degree coordination mechanisms establish a meeting plan that includes two meetings per semester, one at the beginning and one at the end of the semester, involving all the courses of the degree. In the case of the Practicum and Final Degree Project subjects, coordination meetings are held by the respective coordinators. Likewise, in the case of subjects that are taught in more than one group and by more than one professor, teaching coordination meetings are held before the start of classes, during the period of writing the teaching guides, and throughout the academic year. The proposals that arise from the teaching coordination meetings that affect the planning of teaching, the modification of the study plan or the teaching organization plan are also discussed at the meetings of the Degree Committee.
