ScreenPal

Category: Content Creation, Communication and Follow-up

Description:
It is an application that allows you to record for free videos up to 15 minutes in a simple way. As specified on its website, the tool allows create, edit and communicate with videos and images. The application allows you record only screenrecord the webcam or put together both recording modes to view the screen recording and your webcam image. Additionally, the tool allows for screen recording, screen capture, free video editing, image editing, creating videos with some kind of storyboard, hosting videos and screenshots on the content management platform, and creating video quizzes.

Example:
Teachers can record the screen of a class they're teaching online, explain it, and, if desired, even appear in the recording while presenting. They can then make this recording available to other students who couldn't attend the session, or, if they prefer, make it available in the virtual classroom for them to review again.

A professor must present her paper at a conference. Since the conference allows for a recorded presentation of the paper as a means of participating in the event, she uses Screenpal to project the presentation along with her image.
