Redefining nothingness or because immateriality can only be an intelligible notion
Abstract
This text begins with the notion of immateriality derived from attempted definitions of specific artistic expressions to demonstrate the problems involved in using it as a part of an adopted terminology and therefore to contribute towards building a solid conceptual base that enables a new insight into works that are still defined today as immaterial, with the implications that this entails.
