Claims and Complaints

At Clepsydra, we strive to respond to and resolve all complaints and appeals promptly and constructively. Depending on the nature and complexity of the complaint, the case will be studied by the editorial team, and decisions will be made following the recommendations set out by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

To submit a complaint or suggestion to our journal, please write directly to the journal's email (clepsydra@ull.es). We commit to resolving all communications within a maximum period of thirty working days. In cases requiring more time due to the complexity of the complaint, we will inform the interested party about the situation.

It is important that the complaint or appeal is clear, specific, and supported by sufficient data demonstrating a possible violation of the journal's editorial ethics statement. Personal complaints against authors, editors, reviewers, or the journal's editorial team will not be addressed. Additionally, we reserve the right to refrain from investigating complaints or appeals that are presented in an offensive, threatening, or defamatory manner.
