Historical summary regarding the katharevousa
Abstract
This paper is an historical and philological study about the several stages of Greek language, from antiquity to our days and it focuses on its conservative literary movements that have formed the Modern Greek, from atticism to what was called Katharevousa in 19th century.
Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right to be the first publication of the work as well as license it under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with acknowledgment of authorship of the work and initial publication in this magazine.
