La transmisión textual del De re coquinaria de Apicio: último estado de la cuestión
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to resum in a few pages our knowledge about the so called De Re Coquinaria, attributed to Marcus Gavius Apicius. We analyse the most important "ingredients" of this text and we carefully describe his manuscript transmission. Our stemma codicum completely coincide with the M. E. Milham's editio teubneriana stemma. Our work represents one of the basic researchs for our editio apiciana in the collection "Fundació Bernât Metge".
