Caelum en la Vulgata
Abstract
In this article the author means to display all the profane and biblical meanings of a word as significant as 'caelum' in the Latin Vulgate. He studies also some expressions of Hebrew origin, where caelum appears and that we can see today in all the Romance languages. At the same time, hier it's possible to follow the evolution of the 'heaven' notion from Old to New Testament.
