“The Monk”. The Horror of the Immoral

Abstract
Dominik Moll directed in 2011 «The Monk», a new version of The Monk, a masterpiece of the Gothic literature. This is an interesting film, tell the story, but the story by itself. Mathew Lewis didn’t write a novel easy to be filmed, but Moll knew how the extract the supernatural and dark atmosphere, proper of the pure gothic style of the story.
